Google Business Profile is a public business listing, not a substitute for a useful website or a promise of placement in local results. Keep the information aligned with the way the business actually operates and check Google's current eligibility and representation rules before making changes.

Represent the business accurately

Do not create extra listings or imply local offices just to target more cities. VEZ MEDIA itself is based in Toronto and works remotely across Canada and the United States; we do not claim storefronts in all those locations.

Use honest photos and review practices

Photos should be current and representative: the real team, equipment, premises where applicable, or completed work. Only publish images the business is entitled to use. A steady, authentic picture of the business is more useful to a customer than a large gallery of unrelated stock images.

Businesses can invite customers to leave reviews, but the request should be neutral. Do not offer discounts or other incentives, ask only satisfied customers, or discourage negative feedback. Responding politely and protecting customer privacy matters more than using a scripted reply.

Measure what the profile can tell you

Review the performance information available in the Business Profile and compare periods carefully. Search behaviour changes by location, device, competition, season, and the query a customer uses. A single Maps search is only a snapshot—not proof of a stable ranking or a forecast of calls.

Connect the profile to a relevant website page that explains the services and coverage. For a broader overview, read our service-area and search foundations or explore local visibility support.

VEZ MEDIA does not promise Google rankings, leads, or revenue. We can review profile accuracy and help make the business information clearer; the search platform controls what it displays.
